At around 8:30 a.m. on June 4, a fire broke out in an apartment on the 14th floor of the HH4A Linh Dam apartment building (Hoang Mai district, Hanoi ).
Witnesses said they discovered thick black smoke coming from the balcony of an apartment on the 14th floor. After discovering the incident, many people shouted and informed the security force and management to find a way to put out the fire.
According to witnesses, upon receiving the report, the local fire brigade, including security guards and building management, quickly arrived to put out the fire. Equipment such as hand-held fire extinguishers and the building's hose system were used.
After about 15 minutes, the fire was completely extinguished. There were no casualties, property damage is being counted.
The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Force of Hoang Mai District mobilized 5 fire trucks and officers and soldiers to the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Previously, on the afternoon of May 27, a fire broke out on the 6th floor of HH2A Linh Dam building and was quickly extinguished by on-site firefighters.
