Aware of this, Antesco has systematically invested in digitalization, thereby applying management technology on a digital platform. 3 digitalization models: "Digitalize the office, digitize production, apply production costs" are effectively applied by Antesco in digitalization in production. "Digitalize the office" model: Use ERP management software, Base..., online meetings with Base, Zoom software, minimize the use of paper, minimize the cost of stationery, meeting costs. "Apply digitalization to production" model: Instruct farmers to use smartphones to increase the application of technology in connecting production and consumption. Help farmers perform well in management tasks in the fields. Along with that is the process of applying scientific and technical advances to cultivation. Model of "Paying production costs, consuming products": At the beginning of the season, Antesco provides seeds and fertilizers to cooperatives and does not collect money. At the end of the season, Antesco ensures to consume raw materials for farmers and refund production costs.

Together with the province, built a specialized data transmission network system, connecting to 100% of state agencies from the provincial to the commune level.
