Amorim surprising information about the 'time bombs' at MU

Ruben Amorim opens the door for the "time bombs" in the MU squad such as Garnacho, Sancho, Antony and Malacia to return to play.

The above quartet were all left behind when the entire MU team flew to Chicago (USA) to participate in the pre-season tour of the 2025/26 season.

The Portuguese coach said: " Certainly the club has numbers and prices for these players.

If another team doesn't make the right offer, they will still be a MU player, no doubt about it.

I understand some clubs may wait until the last minute to make an offer. If they try, they will be surprised."

Amorim added: " There are different reasons for the situation of the above players. Some have to find new positions to have more space in the team.

Other players want to seek a challenge in a new environment. We just give them time to think and make a decision.

But if the time comes to join the team, they will come back because they are all United players and I am ready to welcome them.

I'm really pleased to have more options. If they want to play at the World Cup next year, they need to fight for a place on the pitch."
