Instructions for paying university and college entrance exam fees in merged provinces/cities.

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - From July 29th to 5 PM on August 5th, candidates registering for university and college admissions must pay the application fee online through the National Public Service Portal.

Candidates can pay the application fee online from now until 5 PM on August 5th. The Ministry of Education and Training will divide the fee payment days by locality to avoid overloading the system.

Specifically, the schedule for submitting application fees in different provinces and cities is divided into the following timeframes:

From 0:00 on July 29th to 17:00 on July 30th: Hanoi, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang (formerly Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang), Lao Cai (formerly Lao Cai and Yen Bai ), Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La.

From 0:00 on July 30th to 17:00 on July 31st: Thai Nguyen (formerly Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan), Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho (formerly Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, and Vinh Phuc), Bac Ninh (formerly Bac Ninh and Bac Giang ), Hai Phong (formerly Hai Phong and Hai Duong).

From 0:00 on July 31st to 17:00 on August 1st: Hung Yen (formerly Hung Yen and Thai Binh), Ninh Binh (formerly Ninh Binh, Ha Nam, and Nam Dinh), Thanh Hoa, Nghe An.

From 0:00 on August 1st to 17:00 on August 2nd: Ha Tinh, Quang Tri (formerly Quang Tri and Quang Binh), Hue, Da Nang (formerly Da Nang and Quang Nam), Quang Ngai (formerly Quang Ngai and Kon Tum).

All applications submitted by candidates to the university are processed online, and each candidate is only admitted to their highest-ranked application, provided they meet the admission requirements.

After the cutoff scores are announced, successful candidates must confirm their enrollment on the system no later than 5:30 PM on August 30th.

The Ministry requires schools not to hold enrollment before August 22nd. Additional admission rounds will begin on September 1st and continue until the end of the year.
