[Photo] Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union shares difficulties with people affected by natural disasters in Thai Nguyen

On September 20, at the People's Committee of Thuong Minh Commune (Thai Nguyen Province), the Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union organized a gift-giving ceremony for 33 households affected by flash floods and landslides.

Recently, in Yen Duong commune, Ba Be district, Bac Kan province (old) now Thuong Minh commune, Thai Nguyen province, there was a heavy rain causing flash floods and landslides. Many families lost their homes and their properties were swept away. In the spirit of mutual love, the Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union organized a visit and gave gifts to share with the people here.

The households severely affected in the area are mainly Dao, Tay and Nung ethnic groups.

Officials of Nhan Dan Newspaper's Trade Union brought gifts in cooperation with Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company to share with disadvantaged families.

Chairwoman of Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union Tran Thi Kieu Thanh Binh spoke in sympathy with people in the disaster area.

Representatives of Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union presented gifts to support and share with households.

33 poor and distressed households received 1 million VND and gifts from the Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union.

Vice Chairman of Thuong Minh Commune People's Committee - Ly Van Truong thanked the Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union for sharing.

A staff member of the Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union sympathized with Ly Thi Diep, whose family was severely affected by the loss of two relatives, her grandmother and father, in the recent flash flood and landslide.

During the program, Nhan Dan Newspaper Trade Union presented special supplements to local people.
