Apple uses 100% recycled aerospace titanium powder, saving over 400 tons of titanium each year. 3D printing technology reduces the amount of raw materials by half compared to traditional cutting methods.
The printing process took 20 hours and involved more than 900 layers of material, creating a durable and sophisticated shell. After printing, the shell undergoes vacuum, ultrasonic vibration and automatic optical inspection. Apple claims all Apple Watch production now uses renewable energy like wind and solar.
This is a big step forward, both maintaining product quality and realizing the goal of carbon neutrality by 2030. Dear readers, please watch more videos : Iris scanning tool to verify human | VTV24
