This professional activity plays an important role in the preparation chain for the tournament, with the aim of comprehensively evaluating natural and technical factors, while ensuring the safety of athletes throughout the competition.
The Organizing Committee conducted a trial of the swimming buoy line and a trial swim to check and evaluate all factors related to the sea swimming lane. Specific activities include conducting a field survey of natural conditions such as currents, tidal water levels, wind directions; evaluating and organizing the swimming lane: length, lane width, starting and finishing directions, starting and finishing gate locations, buoy markers; and practicing a trial swim to ensure the athletes have a realistic experience on the competition day.
At the same time, the activity also conducted a check of the rescue arrangement plan: Number, location, and safe distance between rescue forces on the swimming lane.
