The three National Champions of the ACP 2025 World Graphic Design Championship are: Phan Thi Minh Nha, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics and Finance - First in Group A (for universities and academies); Vu Lam Que Anh, FPT PolySchool (Ho Chi Minh City) - First in Group B (for colleges and intermediate schools); Nguyen Ky Thanh Ha, Chu Van An High School for the Gifted (Hanoi) - First in Group C (for middle schools and high schools).
These are the 3 ACP ambassadors, representing young Vietnamese design talents competing in the World Finals with hundreds of contestants from many countries and territories, which will take place in Orlando, Florida, USA from July 27, 2025 to July 30, 2025.
At the Ceremony, the Organizing Committee also awarded 3 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes, and 6 Consolation Prizes to the top 15 outstanding contestants of the National Final Round of the ACP World Graphic Design Championship 2025, along with prizes for excellent teachers and schools whose contestants won the National First Prize.
According to the Organizing Committee, the ACP 2025 World Graphic Design Championship increased by nearly 10% in the number of teams and contestants compared to the 2024 season. At the same time, the number of intermediate and college level contestants selected for the national qualifying round this year increased dramatically, accounting for more than half of the total number of contestants. This shows that the trend of training in Graphic Design according to international standards has been focused on by many vocational schools in recent years. The quality of contestants this year is consistent across all levels of education. The rate of contestants meeting the ACP International Graphic Design exam assessment standards is over 71%, continuing to record the breakthrough of young contestants.
“The three candidates selected to be awarded the National Championship are three bright factors that bring together the talent and courage of Vietnamese youth and are expected to continue to break through and shine at the World Finals. Notably, at the ACP World Championship, not only universities and colleges specializing in graphic design training but also many high schools also sent teams to participate in the Competition and recorded positive results with the rate of candidates meeting the international ACP exam assessment standards always above 70%. This is the result of the attention and early orientation to develop personal capacity for high school students from schools and localeducation sectors," Ms. Doan Nguyen Van Khanh - Executive Director of IIG Vietnam Education Organization, representative of the National Organizing Committee shared.
“This year’s ACP World Championship continues to show its development as the number of contestants continues to increase, many entries are of high quality, and many contestants demonstrate their intelligence and creativity. The success of the competition has contributed positively to improving the quality of teaching and learning Technology according to international assessment standards in schools. Thereby, creating conditions to nurture and develop young talents, improve the quality of national human resources, increase labor productivity and national competitiveness," emphasized Mr. Tran Huu, Director of the Center for Development of Science, Technology and Young Talents.
ACP World Championship is an intellectual playground in the field of Graphic Design, organized annually nationwide by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in collaboration with IIG Vietnam Education Organization since 2018. After 8 seasons, the Competition has received the attention and response of many schools from high school to college and university.
