Ms. Truong Thi Huong Binh is the Director of Dong Nai Department of Finance.

(NADS) - After the People's Committee of Dong Nai province decided to merge the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment to establish the Department of Finance of Dong Nai province, Ms. Truong Thi Huong Binh was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Finance.

On February 27, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province organized the announcement of the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on the arrangement of the organizational apparatus and the decisions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee related to the personnel of the leadership of departments and branches after the merger.

According to Resolution No. 07/NQ-HDND, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee merged the Department of Finance with the Department of Planning and Investment to establish a new Department of Finance. On that basis, from March 1, 2025, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee appointed Ms. Truong Thi Huong Binh (born in 1981, hometown Thua Thien Hue ) to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance.

Previously, Ms. Binh held the position of Head of Finance - Administrative Affairs Department, then was appointed as Deputy Director of the Department of Finance in March 2020. From July 2022, Ms. Binh was assigned to be in charge of and operate the Department of Finance and officially assumed the position of Director of the Department of Finance from March 15, 2023.

Thus, after the merger, Dong Nai Province Department of Finance has one director and five deputy directors, including Mr. Ngo Duc Thang, Mr. Tran Anh Tu (from the old Department of Finance), Ms. Doan Thi Ngoc Van, Mr. Tran Vu Hoai Ha and Mr. Phan Trung Hung Ha (from the Department of Planning and Investment).
