On the evening of May 31, Korean girl group BABYMONSTER held a concert to meet Vietnamese fans in Ho Chi Minh City. This is the first time YG Entertainment's rookie group has set foot in Vietnam since their official debut in April 2024.
Six of the seven members of the group were present on the trip, including Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rora, and Chiquita. Member Rami was absent due to health reasons.

At exactly 6pm, the stage exploded when BABYMONSTER appeared amidst the enthusiastic cheers of thousands of spectators. The group opened with the song "Drip", a hit that has been associated with the group's name since its debut.
Throughout the show, BABYMONSTER continuously delivered a series of exciting performances with powerful choreography, while fully showcasing each member's unique vocals.
Songs like Really Like You , Love In My Heart , Forever , SHEESH ... although only released for a short time, all received enthusiastic cheers, the audience continuously sang along, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

During the solo performance, member Rora choked up in tears while performing a cover of Someone You Loved (a famous song by Lewis Capaldi).
Although her voice was a bit shaky with emotion, the singer born in 2008 still tried her best to complete the performance amidst applause and enthusiastic encouragement from the audience. The singer born in 2008 emotionally shared: "Thank you for being here with us."

BABYMONSTER also surprised everyone when they performed a cover of Kill This Love - a hit song by their seniors Blackpink. The performance was not only a tribute from the group but also emphasized the expectations that the audience and the company had for the group, following in the footsteps of their seniors to become the new icons of Kpop.
During the exchange, the members did not hesitate to speak Vietnamese to interact with the audience. Phrases such as "I love Vietnam", "Thank you"... were repeated enthusiastically by the members, making the audience excited.

Near the end of the show, the audience gave the members traditional conical hats. The moment the girls wore the hats while performing created a beautiful image that spread on social networks right after the concert.
"We really had a memorable performance. You guys were amazing tonight. This is our first time in Vietnam, but we received so much love. Hopefully we will see each other again soon," the group members shared.
BABYMONSTER is a 7-member girl group from many countries, under YG Entertainment. The group debuted in April 2024 with their first mini album BABYMONS7ER , attracting attention thanks to their modern musical color that blends hip-hop, R&B and EDM, along with outstanding performance skills.
The members include Ruka (born 2002), Pharita (born 2005), Asa (born 2006), Ahyeon (born 2007), Rami (born 2007), Rora (born 2008) and Chiquita (born 2009). With their youthful age and solid skill foundation, BABYMONSTER is considered one of the potential girl groups of the new Kpop generation.
