Bac Lieu: The first day of the High School Graduation Exam took place smoothly and safely.

Late in the afternoon of June 26, Nguyen Van Nguyen, Acting Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Lieu province, said: Along with 1.16 million candidates nationwide, nearly 7,000 candidates in Bac Lieu completed the first day of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Comrade Ngo Vu Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Comrade Nguyen Van Nguyen, Acting Director of the Departmentof Education and Training of Bac Lieu province visited and encouraged candidates and invigilators to do well in the exam.

However, on the morning of June 26, in Bac Lieu province, there was an unfortunate case of a traffic accident, which was a candidate at the exam site of Dien Hai High School (Dong Hai district), this candidate had to skip the exam.

In addition, in the morning exam session for Literature, the whole province was absent 15 candidates (these candidates were mainly at the exam site of Le Thi Cam Le Secondary School (Bac Lieu City). In the afternoon (Math exam), the whole Bac Lieu province had 17 candidates absent (of which 6 were at Le Thi Cam Le Secondary School; 10 were absent at Bac Lieu High School). All absentees were independent candidates who missed the exam without a clear reason.

Leaders of Bac Lieu province visited and encouraged candidates and volunteers on duty to support the exam.

Also according to comrade Nguyen Van Nguyen, this year's exam, Bac Lieu has more than 6,947 candidates participating in the exam, the province has arranged 17 exam sites (16 exam sites for students taking the exam according to the 2018 general education program and 1 exam site for students taking the exam according to the 2006 general education program) with a total of 302 exam rooms across the province.

Accordingly, on the first day of the exam, comrade Ngo Vu Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and comrade Nguyen Van Nguyen, Acting Director of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Lieu visited, inquired about, and encouraged candidates, the force performing the exam invigilation task, and volunteers supporting the exam season...

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Lieu province encouraged the forces to be enthusiastic and responsible, and to take specific, practical and effective actions to support candidates and supervisors to perform their tasks well.

Candidates are supported promptly by enthusiastic volunteers.

In order for the exam to take place safely and successfully, in recent days, Party committees at all levels, authorities, especially the education and training sector of Bac Lieu, have proactively and actively prepared carefully in all aspects.

Thanks to that, on the first day (June 26) of the exam, the exam sites in the province generally took place smoothly, safely, and in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training .
