In order to support businesses in finding human resources, the Provincial Employment Service Center has strengthened the information channel to forecast labor supply and demand; focused on reviewing and grasping the recruitment needs of each company in the area. At the same time, promoting the application of information technology in propaganda; posting on the unit's website and many other media channels about specific job positions to help workers easily update and choose.

In particular, every month, the Center coordinates with employment service centers in provinces and cities with abundant labor forces such as Lang Son, Son La, Bac Kan, Ha Giang to effectively organize online job fairs, emphasizing the preferential policies of enterprises to attract workers. Based on actual needs, the unit organizes job fairs and recruitment sessions specifically for enterprises, providing human resources in a timely manner, without affecting production.

On the business side, many opinions say that it is necessary to prioritize labor recruitment associated with on-site training. Mr. Pham Xuan My, Production Manager of KD Sports Vietnam Limited Liability Company (Hiep Hoa Commune) said: In the context of fierce labor competition, the business has a policy of free training and meal allowances for new workers. In order for workers to quickly grasp the operations and quickly join the production line, the business arranges a separate training area, assigns line leaders and training team leaders. This solution helps businesses proactively manage human resources, save time and training costs, guide workers to immediately get up to speed with the job; and integrates the dissemination of internal regulations and labor discipline.

According to the representative of the Department of Home Affairs, in the coming time, the unit will continue to advise the Provincial People's Committee, coordinate with sectors and localities to promote the work of career guidance and vocational training for workers from junior high school level; direct the Provincial Employment Service Center to expand the models of cooperation with enterprises in training and supplying on-site human resources. The sustainable solution is still for enterprises to properly apply the registered conditions and policies when recruiting people; increase benefits to attract and retain workers.
