According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Bac Ninh province, each performance is elaborately staged, harmoniously combining political propaganda content with diverse art forms such as singing, dancing, music, and dramatization, integrating modern and traditional elements.
The art programs bring unique and inspiring performances, promoting the theme of revolution, building and developing the country, while expressing the cultural identity of each region of each locality across the country.
Specifically, the program will take place simultaneously from 7:30 p.m. on August 6, at 3 locations: Provincial Cultural - Exhibition Center ( Bac Giang ward), Viet Yen Convention Center (Viet Yen ward), Tan Yen Convention Center (Tan Yen commune).
From 7:30 p.m. on August 7, the program will take place simultaneously at two locations: Bac Ninh Quan Ho Folk Song Theater (Kinh Bac Ward), Tu Son People's Committee Hall (Tu Son Ward).
With a high sense of responsibility, Bac Ninh province has directed relevant agencies and units to carefully prepare infrastructure, stages, sound and lighting systems, reception staff; ensure security, order, logistics and cheering for the masses at each performance location.
At the same time, mobilize local organizations, artists and people to participate in response, creating a vibrant competition atmosphere, spreading widely to all classes of people.
Bac Ninh province identified this as a large-scale cultural event, aiming to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people, contributing to spreading patriotism, arousing national pride, and encouraging the country's innovation and development in the integration period.
Previously, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 2361/QD-BVHTTDL and attached Plan on organizing the National Mobile Propaganda Contest to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).
The contest aims to widely propagate the nation's historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions; educate political ideology; strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride, aspiration to contribute and the strength of great national unity in the cause of national renewal and international integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
At the same time, affirming the stature, historical significance and brilliant milestones of the August Revolution in 1945 and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam); the reasons for victory and lessons learned; the creative application of the lessons of the August Revolution in the struggle for national liberation and reunification as well as in the cause of building, developing and defending the Fatherland...
As planned, the National Mobile Propaganda Contest to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) will take place from August 4 to 9; opening in Tuyen Quang province and closing in Hai Phong city.
In addition, the competition tours to serve people in the provinces and cities of Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh, and Hai Phong.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the participating provinces to coordinate in organizing the Contest to implement activities in accordance with the approved content and plan; ensure close coordination with agencies, units and localities participating in organizing the Contest.
The program participating in the Contest closely follows the theme, is solemn and meaningful, ensures artistry and high propaganda effectiveness, encourages new creations, and meets the people's need for spiritual and cultural enjoyment.
