At the contest, 12 secondary schools with ethnic minority students participated in 4 competitions: art competition expressing the cultural identity of ethnic groups through musical instruments, gongs, folk songs; cultural competition in the form of quizzes for learning; product and cuisine display; sports competitions such as crossbow shooting, tug of war, stick pushing, stilt walking, etc.

The contest creates conditions for students to exchange and practice life skills; contributes to preserving and promoting the traditional cultural identity of ethnic minorities; at the same time discovers and fosters outstanding talents in the fields of culture - arts, physical education - sports in the locality.
