Phu Cu completed the construction and repair of 85 temporary and dilapidated houses.

Implementing the program of Joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area, by May 12, Phu Cu district had started construction on 132/132 houses, reaching a rate of 100%, of which 63 were newly built and 69 were repaired. Currently, 85/132 houses have been completed, including 23 newly built houses and 62 repaired houses.

It is known that the State budget supports 40 households in repairing houses under the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the first phase, with a total cost of over 2.25 billion VND. Of which, the provincial budget is nearly 2 billion VND; the commune and town budget is over 250 million VND. In addition, the district also mobilizes socialized resources from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district, commune, town and collectives, individuals, businesses, families, clans, descendants... with nearly 840 million VND.

Phu Cu strives to complete the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses before May 31, 2025.
