The houses have an area of ^​​32m2 - ^60m2 with a concrete foundation structure, ceramic tile flooring, zinc frame, corrugated iron walls, corrugated iron roofs, and toilets... The total cost of building 9 houses is 645 million VND (each house costs from 60 - 85 million VND).
