Opening of the art creation camp

Delegates and campers attended the opening ceremony of the An Giang Fine Arts Creation Camp 2025 and a discussion meeting on the topic: "Traditional and Contemporary An Giang Fine Arts"

Chairman of the Union of Literature and Arts Associations of An Giang province Bui Quang Vinh spoke at the opening ceremony.

The activities aim to celebrate major holidays; create a space for exchange, learning, and sharing of creative experiences between artists; exploit the natural beauty, culture, and people of An Giang into fine art works; improve professional qualifications and promote the development of contemporary An Giang fine art; contribute to promoting the cultural and tourism image of the province through works of art; create a premise for activities to display and introduce An Giang fine art works in the future.

Camp participants are members of the Fine Arts Association. Campers participate with a spirit of inquiry, seriousness, concentration and creativity, contributing to the successful expression of works of high artistic value; the creative space is comfortable and spacious to inspire artists to freely express their works. After the end of the camp, each camper must submit works to participate in the exhibition to report on the summary of the creative camp (expected at the end of June 2025).

After the opening ceremony of the creative camp, delegates and campers also had a discussion to share the papers: “The image of the Mekong River in the fine arts works of An Giang province’s artists”; “The impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on fine arts creation in the digital age”; “The digital age: Opportunities and challenges”…
