Accordingly, enterprises were trained by Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Thanh Nghi, and tested the digital transformation status database system of 305 enterprises: Database, digital resources with full information on the status, readiness level, models, and digital transformation solutions for small and medium enterprises. Digital transformation information portal for small and medium enterprises in the province: The information portal allows individuals and small and medium enterprises to view newly updated information, interact, and respond to requests with digital transformation experts and the Provincial Business Association. At the same time, piloting the AI ​​Chatbot system to support digital transformation consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises: Chatbot has the ability to support answering and automatically resolving common questions about digital transformation models and solutions for each enterprise, and can then recommend digital transformation experts for online support when necessary. Chatbot is deployed on an online platform and focuses on supporting digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises.
