On the afternoon of May 16, the Faculty of Information Technology (An Giang University) coordinated with the An Giang Provincial Business Association to deploy the pilot operation and training on the use of digital transformation information systems and AI chatbots to support digital transformation consulting for small and medium enterprises in An Giang.

Accordingly, enterprises were trained by Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Thanh Nghi, and tested the digital transformation status database system of 305 enterprises: Database, digital resources with full information on the status, readiness level, models, and digital transformation solutions of small and medium enterprises. Digital transformation information portal for small and medium enterprises in the province: The information portal allows individuals and small and medium enterprises to view newly updated information, interact, and respond to requests with digital transformation experts and the Provincial Business Association. The digital transformation information portal was built to comprehensively support the digital transformation process in enterprises, currently operating at https://portal.cdsdnag.com/.

At the same time, piloting the AI Chatbot system to support digital transformation consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises: Chatbot has the ability to support answering and automatically resolving common questions about digital transformation models and solutions for each enterprise, then can suggest digital transformation experts for online support when necessary. Chatbot is deployed on an online platform and focuses on supporting digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises.
