
The Organizing Committee of Lao Cai International Travel Mart 2025 has just issued regulations on managing activities at Lao Cai International Travel Mart 2025 (Laocai International Travel Mart - LITM 2025).
Accordingly, Lao Cai province exempts units, organizations and businesses from renting standard booths to set up booths at the fair.
During the fair, participating businesses and units must have a permanent person at the booth (registered with the Organizing Committee) to protect their goods from 8:00 a.m. and leave the booth after 10:00 p.m. every day. At the end of the fair, participating units must send a survey form evaluating the results of their participation in the fair to the Organizing Committee, and at the same time, clean up the goods and return the premises to the Organizing Committee before 12:00 p.m. on June 9, 2025.
Vehicles transporting goods into the fair must have a card issued by the Fair Organizing Committee and comply with the guidance, inspection and control of the authorities.

All documents, publications, promotional items, videos, images, billboards, standees, backdrops, etc. displayed, published or shown at the fair must comply with Vietnamese customs and laws and accurately reflect information about products, services, localities and units. The content must be clear, transparent, not misleading, not distorted, not discriminatory regarding regions, religions, ethnicities, cultures, and not infringe upon the independence , sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Participating units are solely responsible for the copyright of all documents, videos, images, and items provided and used at the fair.
Goods sold, given away, and provided at the fair must comply with state regulations.
Tourist gift products and goods of enterprises participating in the fair must have valid documents and invoices. For goods on the list of conditional business, they must ensure business conditions according to the provisions of Vietnamese law.
When goods are sold, given away, or services are provided at the fair, they are subject to taxes and other financial obligations as prescribed by Vietnamese law.
Organizations and individuals participating in fair activities must strictly comply with the provisions of the Food Safety Law and be subject to inspection and supervision by competent authorities to ensure food safety and hygiene.
