Comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Nhu Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended the meeting to review the contents submitted to the 26th Session, the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, organized by the Economic - Budget Committee.

Overview of the meeting.

After listening to the report, members of the Economic - Budget Committee requested the Departments and branches to clarify the legal basis, practices, and implementation process with 3 contents of the review, including: Resolution on the policy of changing the purpose of forest use to other purposes to implement investment projects in Nghe An province; Resolution on the application of legal documents to separate the content of compensation, support, resettlement, and site clearance projects into independent component projects and the content of adjusting the investment policy for public investment projects of groups B and C and Resolution on giving opinions on approving the Urban Development Program of Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2050.

The Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council also requested the Departments and branches to advise the Provincial People's Committee to edit and supplement the contents that were commented at the review session and urgently complete the document to submit to the 26th session of the 18th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.
