Quang Da Special Zone City Front Committee holds traditional meeting

On the morning of April 28, the Liaison Committee of the Quang Da Special Zone City Front organized a traditional meeting to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification. Attending the meeting were Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Nam Province Le Tri Thanh, along with representatives of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City.

In the exciting atmosphere of the historic April days, the whole country turned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country. At the meeting, former cadres, employees and revolutionary bases of the Quang Da Special Zone City Front Committee together reviewed the years of arduous struggle, but with great pride and glory, with many glorious victories on the Quang Da battlefield, contributing significantly to the liberation of the homeland of Quang Nam and Da Nang in March 1975, as a premise to move forward to liberate the South, with the historic Ho Chi Minh campaign, the culmination of which was the brilliant milestone 50 years ago, April 30, 1975.

Coming out of the flames of war, the cadres, employees and revolutionary bases of the Quang Da Special Zone City Front Committee who are still alive today, vow to continue to promote tradition, contribute their efforts within their capabilities, join hands to build the homeland to become increasingly prosperous and strong, together with the whole country firmly entering a new era, an era of national growth./.
