Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh said that the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival with the theme "Da Nang - The new rising era" this year is the longest and largest fireworks season in the history of Da Nang International Fireworks.

This year's festival is not only a space for experiencing the pinnacle, full of emotions of light technology, art, music... but also a harmony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang city, the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country.

To encourage and recognize the efforts of the two fireworks teams participating in the Opening Night of DIFF 2025, Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival, presented commemorative medals to the two fireworks teams of Da Nang (Vietnam 1) and Finland.
