BHG - On the afternoon of April 6, the Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee: Hau A Lenh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Thao Hong Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Phan Huy Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the comrades in the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee had a working session with the working delegation of the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee led by comrade Ha Thi Nga, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the XV National Assembly Delegation of Tuyen Quang province on the socio-economic development, national defense and security in the first quarter, key directions and tasks in the coming time and the implementation of the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hau A Lenh informed the delegation of Tuyen Quang province about the socio-economic development situation of Ha Giang province in the first 3 months of 2025. At the same time, he emphasized that in the past time, Ha Giang province has seriously and actively implemented the major policies and projects of the Central Government. Especially, the continued arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the political system. Regarding the arrangement of administrative units at all levels and the organization of the 2-level local government model, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented the policies and conclusions of the Central Government, ensuring quality and progress. Currently, the province is focusing on reviewing the staff at the commune and provincial levels as well as facilities and equipment to ensure that after the arrangement plan is available, it is ready to go into operation.

Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Lenh suggested that Tuyen Quang province proactively and actively coordinate and join hands with Ha Giang province to implement the conclusions of the Politburo, the Secretariat and the National Assembly. In the immediate future, the two provinces need to coordinate to establish a Steering Committee and a working group on merging, arranging and streamlining the apparatus to handle each task in a smooth and tight manner, and when there are conclusions from the Central Committee, the tasks must be carried out immediately and the work will not be interrupted.

The Provincial Party Secretary also requested Tuyen Quang province to pay attention to reviewing public land funds when developing projects and plans, reporting to competent authorities for consideration, giving guidelines for developing and promulgating policies on housing and land support for the current contingent of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Ha Giang province when merging the province; creating conditions for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to stabilize their family lives, work with peace of mind, and serve long-term; at the same time, calculating plans to ensure quick information connection between localities.

At the meeting, Secretary of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Ha Thi Nga thanked the leaders of Ha Giang province for their warm welcome. She also shared her joy with the results in implementing the task of streamlining the organization and apparatus of the political system of Ha Giang province. She affirmed that Tuyen Quang province is also making great efforts to implement the central government's major policies and projects in the area such as the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project; the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.
