Provincial Political School has 2 national excellent lecturers

BHG - From May 19 to 21, in Hai Phong city, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics coordinated with Hai Phong City Party Committee to organize the 9th National Excellent Teaching Competition for Provincial and Municipal Political Schools. The competition was attended by 142 candidates from 63 provincial and municipal political schools nationwide and schools of ministries and central agencies that provide intermediate political theory training programs. The delegation of Ha Giang Provincial Political School had 2 lecturers participating in the competition.

The Steering Committee of the contest awarded Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to lecturers who achieved the title of "Excellent Lecturer".

The content of the exam is the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of lecturers in handling situations related to the training of the Intermediate Political Theory program. The exam result is the average score of 3 exam parts, in which: The teaching exam is calculated with a coefficient of 3; the lesson plan exam and the pedagogical situation handling exam are calculated with a coefficient of 1; the scientific score is the converted score of the scientific work accepted or published between the two exam periods of the participating lecturer, which is the condition for the Jury to classify the title of "Good Lecturer", "Excellent Lecturer".

After 3 days of organizing the contest, the Jury selected 84 lecturers to receive the title of "Excellent Lecturer" nationwide, of which 58 "Excellent Lecturers" were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. The Provincial Political School has Master Nguyen Thi Thanh Ngan, Lecturer of the Faculty of Politics, Department of Training Management and Scientific Research, who won the title of "Excellent Lecturer"; Master Nguyen Thi Phuong, Lecturer of the Faculty of Politics, Department of Training Management and Scientific Research, who won the title of "Excellent Lecturer".

The contest is held every 5 years, and has been held 9 times so far, becoming a practical forum to improve professional capacity and build an exemplary image of Party school lecturers. Through the contest, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, provincial Party Committees, city Party Committees, and provincial political schools can assess the current situation of the teaching staff to develop appropriate training and fostering plans, meeting practical needs, contributing to building standard political schools according to Regulation No. 11-QD/TW dated May 19, 2021 of the Central Party Secretariat.
