Ingredient:
- Taro powder
- Egg
- Radish, carrot, green onion
- Cooking oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar
Making:
- Wash and shred radish and carrots, soak with sugar, salt and vinegar. After 15 minutes, squeeze clean water to make a sour dish to eat with without feeling bored.
- Wash and finely chop green onions.
- Cut the dough into bite-sized pieces, add soy sauce to the bowl of dough and rub each piece of dough to absorb the soy sauce. Doing so will make the fried tofu pieces more golden brown and flavorful. Put the pan on the stove, when the cooking oil is boiling, add each piece of dough one by one, fry until golden brown on all sides, then take them out onto a plate.
- Remove excess oil from the pan and add the flour, then add the eggs. Do not beat the eggs for better taste. Fry for about 2 minutes until the eggs are cooked, sprinkle some chopped green onions on top and it's done.
- Mix the dipping sauce: Soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, warm water, stir until dissolved. Cut 1 chili into the dipping sauce bowl to add flavor.
Put the fried dough on a plate, add some pickles, radish, and carrots on top, then pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce on top and you have a delicious, attractive plate of fried dough.
The fried dough is golden brown, crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with fragrant eggs and green onions, and dipped with sweet and sour soy sauce. What could be better?
