The organizers have implemented traffic diversion plans in each area to limit congestion. More than 300 trams and trains are operating at full capacity to support people's travel.
Police forces were present in many areas to help direct traffic and ensure security and order. The provincial police also established a team to receive and support people. Some people who lost their relatives or lost their phones were assisted by the police to find and return them.
The number of people is large, the volunteer force enthusiastically supports in the areas. Ms. Duong Thi Sao Mai, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of Kim Bang C High School, in charge of the school's volunteer team, said that the school mobilized 250 members to participate in volunteering today. The volunteers are divided into 3 groups. Group 1 is on duty at the Tam Quan gate, responsible for guiding tourists and cleaning. Group 2 is on duty at Quan Am Temple, guiding tourists to the rice pick-up location, in charge of distributing vegetarian rice, drinks, eggs, cakes, etc. Group 3 is on duty at the Giao Chu Temple area, guiding tourists to the right line, providing medical support. Ms. Duong Thi Sao Mai said that everyone is excited when the Buddha's relics are welcomed and placed in the temple of their hometown. Therefore, the volunteers are very dedicated and thoughtful in guiding and helping tourists and Buddhists, at the same time spreading the hospitality and beautiful image of Ha Nam people to tourists when coming to Tam Chuc.
Ms. Dinh Thi My Linh, Communications Department of Tam Chuc Tourist Area, said that the number of visitors today is much higher than yesterday. This situation is within the expectations of the Organizing Committee and there is a plan. The service and support forces are mobilized at the maximum level and there is regular support between the areas. Therefore, although the number of people is large, everyone strictly complies, lining up in order to wait for their turn. At each point, there are fans, people are provided with free drinking water, and there is a team of volunteers to guide and help. With the thought of admiring the Buddha's relics, everyone is happy. Tam Chuc Tourist Area also provides free vegetarian meals. Today, tens of thousands of free vegetarian meals are expected to be provided to people.
For each citizen, although sometimes a little tired, they all feel extremely satisfied and joyful. There are old people in their 80s and 90s who still travel long distances to pay homage to the Buddha's relics. They respectfully and solemnly pay homage to the relics with a pure heart, worship the Buddha with all their sincerity. All pray for national peace and prosperity, human well-being, a world without war, no natural disasters or epidemics, for themselves, their families, and everyone to be healthy, happy, and live according to the Buddha's mind.
Tourists and Buddhists also thanked Tam Chuc Tourist Area, the authorities and volunteers for their efforts to create the best conditions for people to conveniently visit and worship Buddha's relics.
