In the 2024-2025 school year, the town'seducation sector continues to have comprehensive and solid development. To improve the quality of teaching and learning, the whole sector has focused on directing all three aspects: improving the overall quality, reducing the rate of students with poor academic performance, and nurturing excellent students. Accordingly, in preparation for provincial-level excellent student competitions and national exchanges, from the beginning of the school year, the Department of Education and Training has focused on directing schools to develop and implement plans to nurture excellent student teams, motivate staff and teachers to directly teach with the spirit of valuing quality and efficiency; organize the stages of discovery, selection, training, organization of competitions, selection of official teams, and invest in the most favorable conditions for teachers and students. The effective operation of the scholarship and talent promotion funds at all levels has further motivated the work of nurturing and competing in excellent students.

Regarding the results of the provincial-level 9th ​​grade cultural subject excellent student contest, Duy Tien town won 31/69 prizes, including 1 first prize, 3 second prizes, 12 third prizes and 15 consolation prizes. In the provincial-level Science and Technology Contest, there were 2 projects participating, including 1 second prize and 1 promising prize. Participating in the provincial-level sports excellent student contest, the Duy Tien town sports delegation won 5 gold medals, 4 silver medals and 17 bronze medals. Participating in the provincial-level Reading Culture Ambassador contest in 2025, they won 70 prizes, including 1 excellent prize, 5 first prizes, 14 second prizes, 22 third prizes and 28 consolation prizes.

At the conference, the Chairman of the Town People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 67 teachers with achievements in guiding and nurturing gifted students and 63 students with achievements in national exchanges and in cultural; sports ; science and technology competitions at the provincial level in the 2024-2025 school year. The Town's Association for Promotion of Education awarded Certificates of Merit to 55 teachers of gifted students and 82 students who won third prizes in the national and provincial gifted student competitions in the 2024-2025 school year; rewarded 227 teachers and 397 students with excellent achievements in the national and provincial gifted student competitions in the 2024-2025 school year, with a total reward value of nearly 200 million VND.
