Communist Party of Vietnam e-newspaper presents houses and savings books of gratitude in Tien Giang

Promoting the noble tradition of "Repaying gratitude" and "Remembering the source of water" of the Vietnamese people, under the direction of the Central Propaganda Department, the "Red Flower Color" Program - an annual activity organized by the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper has been maintained for the past 16 years.

Within the framework of the "Red Flower Color" Program in 2023, the working delegation of the Central Propaganda Department and the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, the Program Organizing Committee coordinated with the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam Vietcombank to present 02 gratitude houses (80 million VND/house) and 18 gratitude savings books (5 million VND/book) to policy families with difficult circumstances in Go Cong Dong district, Tien Giang province.

Speaking at the program, comrade Phan Xuan Thuy - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department emphasized that Go Cong Dong is a district with a revolutionary tradition, having gone through two resistance wars against French colonialism and American imperialism, many outstanding sons of Go Cong Dong have devoted their youth and lives to the country. They fell on the battlefield or returned with many injuries.

To express gratitude to those who have contributed to the revolution, the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam presented 02 gratitude houses and 18 gratitude savings books. These are very meaningful gifts, contributing to helping and sharing with policy families who are facing difficulties in housing as well as economic issues to stabilize their lives.

At the program, leaders and representatives of the sponsoring unit presented symbolic plaques to donate gratitude houses, presented gratitude savings books and attended the groundbreaking ceremony to build gratitude houses for families with preferential policies.
