Currently, the number of juvenile crimes is increasing in both the number of cases and the level of crime. Notably, the number of subjects under 18 years old is increasing, accounting for a fairly high proportion. From just small conflicts, through social networks, subjects call for resolution, attracting many teenagers to gather, carrying weapons to chase and fight each other, disturbing public order, seriously affecting security and order in Vinh Phuc province.

Because of their recklessness, competitiveness and a little bit of alcohol, although they had just met each other on social networks, this group of young people gathered nearly 40 people to drive motorbikes, in pairs or in threes, without helmets, weaving, swinging, carrying weapons, and agreed to meet in Vinh Yen city to resolve the conflict. Fortunately, the above incident was discovered and stopped promptly by the functional forces of Vinh Yen City Police .

Through the system of traffic cameras and security cameras, in recent times, the traffic police team has promptly advised and coordinated with the functional forces of Vinh Yen City Police to promptly prevent and detect violations of the law among young people, ensuring political security and traffic order and safety in Vinh Yen City.

To thoroughly resolve the situation of juvenile law violations, the active participation of the entire community is needed. In addition to measures to regularly promote propaganda and handling of violations by the authorities, schools and families need to coordinate closely, proactively grasp the situation to promptly educate , remind, deter, and help children understand and not violate the law.
