Ms. Dinh Thi Phuong Thao shared that Hung Long Commune was merged from 3 communes of Hung Long, Qui Duc and Da Phuoc - Binh Chanh District in the past, a locality with a long-standing revolutionary tradition and here is the historical site of Rach Gia which is recognized as a city-level relic. The commune still has many families with meritorious services to the revolution but in difficult circumstances.
