Storm No. 9 with level 17 gusts

(QNgTV)- According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 7:00 a.m. this morning, the center of super typhoon RAGASA was about 160km northeast of Luzon Island (Philippines). The strongest wind near the center was level 17 (202-221 km/h), gusting above level 17.

Forecast until 7am tomorrow, September 23, the center of the storm is located in the northeastern part of the East Sea. Intensity level 17, gusts above level 17. Natural disaster risk level 4. In the next 24 and 48 hours, the storm will maintain intensity from level 14-17, gusts above level 17.

The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that in the next month, the North will have a total rainfall of up to 30% higher than the average of many years. Cold air will start from the end of September. Tropical storms/depressions continue to appear in the East Sea, with the possibility of 2-3 storms and 1-2 storms that may affect our mainland.
