In order to contribute to preserving the traditional fabric dyeing method of the San Chay ethnic group in Khuân U hamlet, Na Mao commune (Dai Tu), a group of students Tran Ngoc Diep, class 11A1 and Hoang Trong Nhan, class 11A3 of Nguyen Hue High School (Dai Tu), have just researched and designed a catalogue on this topic.

Catalogue outlines the San Chay ethnic group in the country in general; Thai Nguyen province, Dai Tu district, Na Mao commune in particular; introduces traditional costumes and fabric dyeing methods of the San Chay people. The product is meticulously made and designed, using bilingual English - Vietnamese, describing in detail the fabric dyeing method, from choosing cotton, spinning, weaving, choosing dyeing materials to the process of dyeing fabric with brown tubers and cat indigo plants.
This product is highly appreciated by Nguyen Hue High School for its intuitive and vividteaching method. Thereby educating about national cultural traditions, contributing to preserving and promoting the cultural beauty of ethnic minorities.
