It is forecasted that by 1pm on October 25, the storm will continue to change direction, moving west at a speed of about 15km/h, entering the East Sea to become the 6th storm in 2024. The storm's center is located in the eastern sea of ​​the North East Sea, 550km east-northeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. At this time, the storm will strengthen, the strongest wind near the storm's center will be at level 11, gusting to level 14. From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move mainly in a west direction, traveling 15-20km per hour, and will continue to strengthen.
