BHG - On May 6, Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Ha Giang Newspaper held a meeting to discuss and agree on some contents to prepare for the merger of agencies after merging provincial administrative units.

Comrade Nguyen Trung Thu, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Ha Giang Newspaper spoke at the meeting.

Accordingly, the two units discussed and assessed the current situation of the organization, staff, functions and tasks of the unit, determined the number of staff moving to work in Tuyen Quang as a basis for advising the province on accommodation arrangements and ensuring working conditions. In the spirit of openness and responsibility, the leaders of the two units contributed many valid opinions and reached high consensus on the method of organizing and implementing tasks, the number of staff moving to Tuyen Quang to work and needing accommodation support. One of the principles emphasized was to ensure that the leadership, direction and implementation of the unit's political tasks were smooth, the arrangement of staff to perform tasks was appropriate, ensuring the specificity of propaganda work, reducing difficulties in moving locations; promoting the role of technology, ensuring convenience for the merger, creating maximum conditions for staff, reporters, editors and technicians to work when moving from Ha Giang to the headquarters in Tuyen Quang; Focus on arranging and assigning staff suitable for both professional and family circumstances.
