Passengers are also encouraged to check in online before their flight via the website, mobile application, at airport kiosks within 24 hours before departure or through the “Airline Services” feature integrated on the VNeID level 2 electronic identification application. For passengers without checked baggage and having completed the procedures, they can go straight to the security screening area without going through the check-in counter, saving time and shortening the check-in process at the airport.

Previously, during the peak period of April 30 - May 1, Vietnam Airlines recorded positive operating results with a total of more than 3,100 flights and 500,000 passengers transported, an increase of 27% over the same period last year. The airline proactively increased 350 flights compared to the plan, focusing on routes between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and destinations such as Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Da Lat.
