According to the agreement, the two sides will focus on enhancing cooperation and providing petrochemical products; chemicals and technical services. At the same time, the two sides will also coordinate in product research and development, cooperate in the production of new petrochemical products; exploit infrastructure systems based on promoting the capacity and advantages of both sides.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Do Huu Tao - Chairman of PLC's Board of Directors affirmed that the cooperation agreement is an important step to bring the relationship between BSR and PLC to a new level, creating a foundation for many potential cooperation opportunities in the future. Accompanying and taking advantage of each side's strengths not only aims at comprehensive and sustainable development but also contributes to realizing the policy of "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" of the Party and State.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of BSR, both sides should soon concretize the contents of the signed agreement; at the same time, maintain a regular exchange channel to promptly remove difficulties, ensure the agreement goes into practice and achieves high efficiency.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of BSR emphasized that today's agreement does not stop at a commitment to cooperation, but is also an important mark affirming the spirit of companionship and development based on the principle of mutual benefit. In BSR's ecosystem, there are currently oil refineries, petrochemical plants, and biofuels. BSR is gradually shifting to the production of green energy, chemicals and products serving the country's sustainable development. To realize this strategy, BSR really needs the companionship of partners, including PLC, to share experiences, research and develop new products.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Thang also proposed that the two sides should soon specify the contents of the signed agreement; clearly assign responsibilities to relevant departments, and maintain regular communication channels to promptly remove difficulties, ensuring the agreement goes into practice and achieves the highest efficiency.
