The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 14, gusting to level 16. The storm moved west at a speed of about 5km/h, entering the East Sea.

At 7:00 a.m. on November 9, the center of the storm was located at approximately 18.7 degrees North latitude; 115.7 degrees East longitude, east of the northern East Sea, 430 km east-northeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 12, gusting to level 14. The storm moved in a West-Northwest direction at a speed of 15-20 km/hour.

At 7:00 a.m. on November 10, the center of the storm was at approximately 18.9 degrees north latitude; 113.2 degrees east longitude, in the northern East Sea, 260 km northeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 12, gusting to level 14. The storm moved in a West Northwest direction at a speed of approximately 10 km/hour.

From the next 72 - 120 hours, the storm is likely to change direction to move southwest, traveling 10-15km per hour, and continue to weaken.

Due to the influence of storm Yinxing, the eastern sea area of ​​the northern East Sea has strong winds of level 6-7. From the night of November 7, it will increase to level 8-10, near the storm center it will be level 12-14, gusting to level 16, waves 4-6m high, near the center 6-8m; the sea will be very rough.

Warning, ships operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
