This is one of HDBank 's specific actions to contribute to the banking industry in effectively implementing major policies of the Government, while supporting businesses in accessing capital sources suitable to practical needs and priority development orientations in the current period.

With an interest rate of 6%/year, the program provides timely financial resources with attractive incentives, helping businesses proactively implement production and business plans, invest in equipment, upgrade infrastructure and promote digital transformation.

The program will be implemented from now until 2030 across the HDBank system, applicable to both existing and new corporate customers. Priority will be given to businesses on the list announced by the Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Ministry of Science and Technology - those with sustainable development strategies and the potential to lead the market in the future.

The loan package is flexibly designed to meet short-term capital needs (up to 6 months) such as supplementing working capital, as well as medium and long-term needs (up to 10 years) to implement expansion plans, develop infrastructure systems and apply modern technology. At the same time, HDBank integrates digital financial solutions to support businesses in effectively managing cash flow, connecting payments and operating optimally in a digital environment.

In addition to preferential interest rates, HDBank also offers a support package worth up to VND10 million in transaction fees for businesses opening new accounts, while also providing advice on financial solutions, digitizing payment processes and account management to optimize operational efficiency.

The VND20,000 billion credit package is a specific and timely action of HDBank, demonstrating the bank's proactive spirit in implementing the Government 's major orientations, mobilizing financial resources for areas that play a fundamental role in long-term growth.

Currently, HDBank is also implementing other programs under the direction of the Government and the State Bank, namely: lending for social housing projects; agriculture, forestry and fisheries; lending for rice in the Mekong Delta region and lending for infrastructure and digital technology with a total capital of more than 30,000 billion VND.

Recently, HDBank has just launched many other large-scale preferential credit programs such as the VND15,000 billion package with interest rates from 3%/year for the peak production season, and the USD1 billion program to support import-export enterprises...

These programs demonstrate HDBank's commitment to stand side by side with businesses on the journey of sustainable development in the new era.
