Many exciting activities
The final round of the First Bac Ninh Province Men's and Women's Football Tournament for Civil Servants and Workers is underway with exciting matches throughout October, and is expected to conclude in early November. The participation of 111 teams with nearly 2,000 athletes in the qualifying rounds demonstrates the tournament's appeal to the province's civil servants and workers.

Athlete Pham Thi Nong Hue, a worker at PEONY Co., Ltd. (VSIP Industrial Park), said: “This is the first time I’ve participated in an activity organized by the Provincial Labor Union. I’m very happy to meet and interact with people from many other companies throughout the province.”

The widespread movement for physical exercise and sports not only helps workers improve their health and mental well-being but also strengthens solidarity within agencies and businesses. At the same time, it expands interaction between workers from different units, spreading positive energy and ultimately leading to greater work efficiency.
At Samsung Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Yen Phong Industrial Park), the company's labor union organizes well-structured activities to care for the spiritual well-being of its employees. The union maintains regular activities such as: "Solidarity Day," "Creative Labor Day," the "Loving Couple" program, "Samsung Shelter," and various sports and internal art clubs. Similarly, every year, the Hong Hai Science and Technology Group's labor union organizes badminton and football tournaments; talent competitions, flower arranging, painting, and cooking contests; and the Workers' Day program.
At Goertek Company (Que Vo Industrial Park), cultural and sports activities are regularly held, attracting thousands of workers. During the recent Mid-Autumn Festival, the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival - Warmth of Goertek" brought employees a lively and joyful evening filled with laughter. Worker Nong Thi Bich Ngoc shared: "I was very happy; it boosted my morale and made me feel more connected to the company."
Realizing the goal
Right from the province's merger, Comrade Thach Van Chung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Labor Union, affirmed: "The Provincial Labor Union prioritizes improving the effectiveness of legal education and awareness campaigns for workers; developing skills in regular and impromptu workplace dialogue and negotiating and signing collective labor agreements with a focus on increasing clauses beneficial to workers. In addition, we will promote digital transformation and the application of information technology in management, connecting and providing timely information to workers; and strengthen welfare, cultural, and sports activities to support union members in difficult circumstances."
From cultural, artistic, and sports movements, along with many other beneficial activities in recent times, it can be affirmed that Bac Ninh is gradually realizing the goal of improving the spiritual life of its workers. According to the report of the Provincial Labor Union, in the period 2020-2025, trade unions at all levels organized hundreds of seminars, competitions, sports events, and forums to improve life skills... Many models have been recognized for their strong humanistic impact.
Every employee, healthy in body and stable in mind, is a "good cell" for the development of a business. Therefore, caring for the mental well-being of employees needs to be given more attention, contributing to increased productivity and sustainable business development.
