On the afternoon of May 19, the Investigation Police Agency - Ho Chi Minh City Police announced that it had issued an emergency arrest warrant for Tran Gia Huy for the crime of "Disturbing public order".

Previously, at around 8:10 p.m. on May 17, AKN (born in 1987; South African nationality) entered the NL restaurant on Bui Vien Street, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1 and had a conflict with DH (born in 1998; permanent residence: My Xuyen District, Soc Trang Province), an employee of the restaurant.

At this time, FJ (born 1996; German nationality) - the owner of the shop came to talk about right and wrong but then it led to a fight with AKN.

Seeing that, the restaurant's employees including DH, NNC (born in 2006; permanent residence: Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, Ninh Thuan Province) and Tran Gia Huy (born in 2006; permanent residence: Phan Rang - Thap Cham City, Ninh Thuan Province) rushed in to beat AKN.

In it, Tran Gia Huy held a beer bottle and hit AKN on the head.

Images of the incident were recorded by local residents and then spread on social media, attracting public attention. After the incident, the Pham Ngu Lao Ward Police, District 1, brought all related subjects to the headquarters for questioning.
