Based on the review and discussion of reports, submissions and draft resolutions submitted by the Provincial People's Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to the session; the Provincial People's Council passed 18 resolutions on socio -economic development, development investment plans and capital allocation, mechanisms, policies, project investment policies and other important contents. These are resolutions that have an impact on socio-economic development and people's lives. The Provincial People's Council requests the Provincial People's Committee, relevant agencies and units to seriously implement the resolutions right from the stage of propaganda to planning, guidance, and resource allocation, ensuring the feasibility of the policies approved by the Provincial People's Council.

At the same time, based on the duties and powers prescribed by law, the Provincial People's Council took time to conduct a direct question-and-answer session with the Director of the Departmentof Education and Training and the Director of the Department of Science and Technology to answer questions on issues of concern to voters and people. The content of the questions was consistent with the actual situation and was agreed by voters and people.

In his closing speech, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Hoai Anh emphasized that in the last 6 months of 2024, it is forecasted that there will be advantages, mixed with difficulties and challenges, affecting the socio-economic development of the province. With the consistent goal of successfully completing all targets and tasks in 2024, the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee, all levels and sectors to continue to closely follow the Central's direction, the Provincial Party Committee's policies and the local situation, synchronously and effectively deploy the province's socio-economic development tasks and solutions in 2024, focusing on making maximum efforts to achieve and exceed targets and tasks.

During that process, it is necessary to focus on directing the acceleration of the implementation of key projects and works, doing a good job of disbursing capital for basic construction investment; synchronously deploying solutions on budget collection, determined to complete the budget collection target in 2024; paying attention to directing the removal of difficulties, accelerating the implementation of 3 National Target Programs on sustainable poverty reduction; building new rural areas and Socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. Continuing to promote administrative reform, improving the investment and business environment, regularly paying attention to performing well the work of social security, national defense and security tasks, and defense zone drills; proactively deploying plans to prevent natural disasters and floods in the last 6 months of 2024.

The Provincial People's Council requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct specialized agencies to continue reviewing and advising the Provincial People's Committee to implement the contents and tasks assigned to localities by legal documents of the National Assembly and Decrees of the Government such as the Land Law 2024, the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023, etc. If really necessary, it is proposed that the Provincial People's Council organize a thematic session to promptly consider and decide on contents under its authority according to regulations. At the same time, promptly submit to the Prime Minister for approval the Plan for implementing the provincial planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 as a basis for implementation.
