Becamex Tokyu has invested in areas with breakthrough developments such as: trade, urban development, transport infrastructure, etc.

Mr. Shuji Hirata said that Becamex Tokyu has focused on investing in important projects in creating a new ecosystem for living and working environments, attracting investment, forming impressive works on urban development, actively contributing to accelerating the progress of implementation and development of the Binh Duong Smart City Project. Mr. Shuji Hirata hopes that in the coming time, the province will create conditions for the Becamex Tokyu joint venture to study the pre-feasibility of the LRT light rail line in Thu Dau Mot City.

Mr. Bui Minh Thanh said that LRT is one of the public transport (TOD) areas that Binh Duong province is particularly interested in in order to gradually complete and create a transportation network to serve the travel needs of people in urban areas. The province will assign the Department of Transport to coordinate with Becamex Tokyu to conduct a pre-feasibility study of the LRT route project in Thu Dau Mot City as proposed.
