It is known that after receiving the order, on the evening of March 29, the officers and soldiers of Military Hospital 103 fully prepared military supplies, tools, equipment, and food such as: Pants, shirts, blankets, flashlights, medicine, medical equipment, instant noodles, dry food, etc.

Colonel, Associate Professor, Dr. Luong Cong Thuc, Director of Military Hospital 103, said that sending the medical team of Military Hospital 103 to participate in humanitarian support and disaster relief in Myanmar demonstrates the high responsibility of the Party, State and people of Vietnam to the international community. It affirms the prestige, sense of responsibility and capacity of the Vietnam Military Medical Corps in international relations and cooperation, promoting the good qualities of the Vietnam People's Army. The task is difficult and arduous but has great political significance, contributing to spreading the image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the international arena. He hopes that the whole team will be determined, have internal and international solidarity, and excellently complete the assigned tasks, worthy of the tradition of the unit being the 4-time Hero of the People's Armed Forces.
