Tuan Hung has shared his thoughts on the mixed opinions about his singing voice. The male singer affirmed that he will not give up the music career he has built over the past 26 years just because of a few words of criticism and jealousy.

Tuan Hung confirmed that he did not "stop singing" because of some criticism and jealousy.

“In the past few days, thanks to Golden Apple, the internet has been buzzing, full of the keyword Tuan Hung. I’m still listening to everyone’s comments, but it’s still a long way to go before I stop singing. It took me so long to become famous like now, but with all the criticism and jealousy, I’m giving up the path I’ve built for 26 years? I’m sorry, everyone, this is my career and my life,” Tuan Hung shared.

Previously, Tuan Hung caused controversy when he released the MV Golden Apple with an ancient style and legendary story. The MV is a product that paved the way for Tuan Hung's second trip to the South with the aim of creating a new musical path after 30 years of career. The male singer also revealed that this is the music project he has invested the most in his singing career, with a budget of several billion VND.

After its release, the MV was criticized by the audience for its content, ideas, images, melody, lyrics, and the way Tuan Hung sang and pronounced the words in the song. Most listeners showed that they did not support Tuan Hung's new project.

Faced with negative public reaction, Tuan Hung decided to remove the MV from digital platforms because he thought the music product was inappropriate, turning him into a negative subject.

"I feel like I won't continue using the song Golden Apple anymore. I choose peace and accept everyone's comments. Because I don't want things to continue to cause controversy and tension," the male singer expressed on his personal page.

In a recent performance, Tuan Hung said he had to pay before he had earned any money. “I temporarily hid the MV for a few days to stop the online community from booing me. When I felt that everyone loved me and was on my side, the song was not only played again but many other versions were added,” Tuan Hung emphasized.

At this time, Tuan Hung is focusing on the journey of Brother Overcoming Thousands of Difficulties 2024. Talking about the decision to participate in the program, Tuan Hung once shared: "I am so happy. It is rare that we get to meet each other in a private space, when family and work are temporarily put aside. Perhaps, we will have a lot to share."

The male singer added that when participating in the program, he wanted to meet and confront his close brothers from the days when he first set foot in Ho Chi Minh City to start a career.
