DNO - On the morning of October 21, Central Party Committee member and Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee Le Ngoc Quang visited and inspected the Tra Lien Commune Public Administration Service Center.

Also attending were representatives of the City People's Council, City People's Committee and members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

At the inspection point, in addition to visiting and listening to the opinions of people coming to resolve administrative procedures, the City Party Secretary commended and highly appreciated the responsible and dedicated working spirit of each officer and employee of the center in performing their assigned duties and tasks.

The City Party Secretary emphasized that despite many difficulties, cadres and civil servants in Tra Lien commune have shown a dynamic, creative spirit in serving the people, and the majority of people expressed satisfaction.

The City Party Secretary requested the unit to continue promoting the achieved results in the coming time, striving to improve the quality of service to the people; focusing on training soft skills for officials, in order to create a friendly, modern public administrative environment, taking people as the center of service.

According to the Tra Lien Commune Party Committee, after more than 3 months of implementing the 2-level local government model, the organization and operation of local activities have basically become routine.

Tra Lien Commune Public Administration Service Center operates stably and effectively, ensuring quick and correct settlement of administrative procedures.

From July 1 to October 10, 2025, the center received 945 administrative procedure files, of which 98.3% were submitted online, 80.6% were paid online, and 99.6% of files were processed before and on time. All of these targets met and exceeded the city's targets.

* On the same morning, visiting Tra Lien Commune Health Station, the City Party Secretary praised the sense of responsibility and dedication of the medical team in taking care of people's health, especially in the context of limited conditions.

The City Party Secretary requested the medical staff to continue improving their expertise and maintaining medical ethics to better serve the people's medical examination and treatment needs; contributing to the cause of public health care.
