Signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between Viettel High Tech Industry Corporation and Silver Sea Joint Stock Company.
Viettel High Tech Industry Corporation (Viettel High Tech) and Bien Bac Joint Stock Company (Bien Bac) cooperate to develop and distribute traffic camera solutions applying artificial intelligence (AI) connecting 5G, aiming at domestic demand and expanding opportunities to the international market.
According to the cooperation agreement, Bien Bac will be the official distributor of AI traffic camera products developed by Viettel High Tech. The two parties will jointly build a "Make in Vietnam" overall solution based on combining Bien Bac's management software and system integration platform with Viettel High Tech's hardware technology and AI algorithms.
With over 25 years of experience, Bien Bac Joint Stock Company is a pioneer in implementing smart traffic solutions in more than 30 provinces/cities and districts across the country. Bien Bac not only masters the system integration capacity but also develops camera management software to ensure security, order and traffic safety according to the specific requirements of each locality, ensuring flexibility, efficiency and practical implementation.
Viettel High Tech's AI traffic camera products are designed to detect, analyze and handle traffic violations accurately and effectively. The system uses AI technology to identify objects, behaviors, license plates and complex traffic situations - even with vehicles moving at high speeds of up to 250km/h. The camera is capable of catching a variety of errors such as: running red lights, driving in the wrong lane, parking illegally, speeding, violating traffic signs, etc.
At the same time, the system also provides statistical data on traffic volume, density and speed, supporting authorities in analyzing, regulating and optimizing urban traffic. The integration of 5G connectivity helps the camera transmit high-speed data to the center in real time, improving management efficiency and handling situations. In particular, the camera also provides visual video streams with layers of analytical information such as license plates, violations, speed, density, etc., helping to transform the visual monitoring method from "looking at the screen" to "understanding behavior".
In the era of Industry 4.0 - where digitalization and automation are profoundly changing all areas of production, the application of technology systems has become an inevitable trend in many developed countries. This cooperation project is also seen as a concrete implementation step of the goals in Resolution 57/NQ-CP on the development of digital technology industry by 2030, which emphasizes promoting Vietnamese enterprises to master core technology, develop and increase the competitiveness of products to participate deeply in high-value supply chains.
