Salute the flag in the middle of the factory
Over the past few days, more than 5,000 workers of Panko Tam Thang Garment Company Ltd. have come together to create an impressive scene when all 7 sewing, weaving and dyeing workshops were covered with red flags with yellow stars, the national anthem was played at the beginning of each shift, and revolutionary music was played forever. The workers' working spirit was full of excitement, completely different from normal days.

Since the morning of April 28, thousands of workers have been hanging flags, stringing strings, and decorating each workshop. No one has been assigned a task, no one has given specific instructions, but they want to contribute to creating a meaningful space for the Liberation Day of the South, the reunification of the country.
Ms. Duong Thi Tu Anh - a union official of the company, was moved: "We want every worker, even though they are working in a foreign-invested enterprise, to still feel national pride. That spirit is the motivation for them to stick together and compete in labor."
Every morning, after the drum beats to signal the start of the shift, thousands of workers stand up, face the national flag, and sing the national anthem. Without anyone telling them, everyone falls silent in that sacred moment. Many are moved to tears – because they never thought they would experience such a moment… in a foreign-invested company.

Mr. Tran Luan - Manager of Factory 10 of Panko Tam Thang Garment Company Ltd. was moved: "This is the first time I have worked in a Korean company and been able to salute the flag and sing the National Anthem every morning like this. I feel like I have been re-energized and see that my work also carries a greater value."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien - a garment factory worker expressed: "The whole factory was covered with flags, the atmosphere was both solemn and warm. Seeing the Korean board of directors also participating, I felt the respect. And because of the respect, I want to stay here even more.
Fatherland in the hearts of workers
These seemingly “Vietnamese” activities took place in a 100% Korean-owned enterprise. This not only demonstrates the investor’s deep respect for the host country’s culture and history, but also shows a very humane perspective in the way they work with their workers.

A representative of Panko Tam Thang Garment Company Limited said: “We really appreciate Vietnam’s big holiday. Sharing these historical values helps workers feel respected and more attached to the company. And that spirit has been contributing to sustainable success here.”
Not only stopping at the anniversary atmosphere, the production competition movement was also strongly launched throughout the company. Workers worked with more enthusiasm and responsibility - as a practical way to show gratitude to the previous generation, to the country that brought peace , stability and job opportunities to them today.
