Hung Temple, a cultural and historical symbol of the Vietnamese people, is located on Nghia Linh Mountain, Hy Cuong Commune, Viet Tri City. At Gieng Temple in the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site, 70 years ago, on September 19, 1954, President Ho met and talked with the Vanguard Army Corps marching to take over the capital Hanoi . He advised: "The Hung Kings had the merit of building the country, you and I must work together to protect the country."

At the location in front of the Gieng Temple, a stele was erected to mark the historical event of Uncle Ho's words resounding from Hung Temple like a sacred call of the country, resonating in the soul of every Vietnamese person in every part of the country. Uncle Ho's instructions were not only addressed to the Vanguard Army Corps but also to our entire army, our entire people, to all generations of the past, present and future, like an order that resonates for thousands of years, lasting forever with the country and the Vietnamese people.

On April 8, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and Phu Tho province held the inauguration ceremony of the bas-relief "Uncle Ho talking to officers and soldiers of the Vanguard Army Corps" at the Gieng Temple 5-way intersection - Hung Temple Historical Relic Site.
