Vote for VTV Impression Awards 2023

On the morning of December 1, Vietnam Television (VTV) announced that the 55 nominees for the VTV Impression Awards 2023 include individuals and outstanding works in programs and films broadcast on digital platforms from noon December 1, 2022 to November 10, 2023.

The Black Pharma is nominated for Outstanding Television Series.

This year's awards include 8 categories: Impressive Male Actor (6 nominations); Impressive Female Actor (6 nominations); Impressive TV Series (5 nominations); Impressive Entertainment Program (6 nominations); Spreading Image (10 nominations); Impressive Documentary (6 nominations); Creative Program of the Year (7 nominations) and Promising Young Face (9 nominations).

One of the categories that many audiences are interested in is Impressive TV Series with 5 nominations for the films: "Black Medicine", "War Without Borders", "Life is Still Beautiful", "Don't Make Mom Angry" and "Our Family Is Suddenly Happy".

The two categories of Impressive Male and Female Actors bring together the attractive faces of VTV television series. Besides two veteran actors: Meritorious Artist Vo Hoai Nam, Meritorious Artist Hoang Hai, there are also a series of names associated with VTV television series in recent years: Manh Truong, Nhan Phuc Vinh, Trong Lan, Thanh Huong, Nguyen Thu Quynh, Nguyen Quynh (Quynh Kool), Lan Phuong, Kieu Anh, Kha Ngan and the first-time nominee is actor Duy Nam playing Dat in the film "Black Medicine".

Spreading images is the category with the most nominations with 10 choices from VTV's news production units: News Department, Foreign Television Department, Digital Content Production and Development Center, Vietnam Television Center in the Central - Central Highlands region and Vietnam Television Center in the Southwest region.

The category of Impressive Documentary has many strong candidates that have won high awards in the country such as: "Road to Peace " (Golden Kite Award 2023 for best documentary), "Black Hole" (Golden Kite Award 2023 - best science film), "No Backing Down" (the fourth national press award A for preventing and combating corruption and negativity).

Besides the two VTV special films “Linden tree in green season” and “Manh ki om” which were invested in terms of time, content and ideas, the film “Nguoi oi dung khoc cuoi duong” just received the Jury Award at the 23rd Vietnam Film Festival, showing the fierce competition in this category.

The 6 strong candidates in the category of Impressive Entertainment Program all have their own strengths. Besides Vietnam Idol 2023, which has just gone through a successful season, there are programs in the first season that have left an impression on the audience: Brilliant Journey, Nostalgic Cassette, Floating Singing. Along with that, there are 2 reality TV shows with 2 different colors currently airing on VTV3 channel: Co hen cung thanh xuan; Chi dep dap gio roc song.

The show "Beautiful Sister Riding the Wind and Breaking the Waves" is nominated for Impressive Entertainment Program.

The two new nomination categories of the VTV Impression Awards - VTV Awards 2023 are Creative Program of the Year and Promising Young Face.

Appearing for the first time, this year's Promising Young Faces category has 9 nominations in 3 fields: Culture, Arts and Sports . The nominees are all under 35 years old with outstanding achievements: Director Pham Thien An, designer Duy Dao, musician-singer Tang Duy Tan, music production group DTAP, singer Ha An Huy, MC-digital content creator Tran Khanh Vy, shooter Pham Quang Huy, soccer player Nguyen Thi Thanh Nha and athlete Nguyen Thi Oanh.

The 7 works in the Creative Program of the Year category marked the efforts of exploration and innovation in both content and expression of the News Department (First Morning 2023 - Warm Dawn), Sports Department (Spring Dance), Foreign Television Department (Vietnamese Gala - Dear "Mother's" voice), Digital Content Production and Development Center (Special Economic Magazine - Net Zero), Entertainment Program Production Department (New Year's Greetings - Kitten's Tet, 12 Days and Nights - Historical Border).
