Binh Dinh: Training to improve management capacity of cooperatives owned by women

The training course is one of the key activities within the framework of Project 01 - "Supporting cooperatives managed by women, creating jobs for female workers by 2030". The program was attended by 95 delegates who are Association officials and representatives of typical cooperatives in the whole province.

During the training course, students were exposed to modern knowledge about applying artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing, customer management and business model building. Tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Google AI and Microsoft Copilot were introduced with a simple approach, easy to apply to small and medium-sized cooperative models.

In addition, the group of students will visit the Huong Thanh Seafood Production and Trading Cooperative (Nhon Ly Commune, Quy Nhon City) - a model owned by women that has affirmed its brand and economic efficiency. Through practical experience, students will not only learn how to organize and operate cooperatives but also exchange experiences, seek opportunities for cooperation and product linkage.

Through the program, the Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union hopes to create a premise for the formation of more effective cooperative models managed by women, contributing to promoting gender equality in the economic field, and gradually improving the income and living standards of local female workers.
